How we protect your data

Basically, we do not store user data in our website. But in any case, any personal information (if any) entered in our website can be seen by Website Administrator only and cannot be shared to any other parties without concurrence of the user and without legitimate purpose.

What data breach procedures we have in place

All personal data breaches shall be documented through written incident reports, and be submitted to or be notified thru NSOS Compliance Officer within twenty-four (24) hours from discovery. NSOS Breach Team shall assess and verify the reported facts and circumstances. The company shall provide necessary remedial actions to address the concern.

National Privacy Commission (NPC) shall be notified in case of verified breach incident. Report shall be made available when requested by NPC. A general summary of the reports shall be submitted by the DPO to the NPC annually.
